اعلان جنگ
اعلان جنگ فرمانیست رسمی که توسط دولت یا رهبر یک کشور تصویب میگردد و به معنای آغاز شرایط جنگی مابین کشور فوق با کشور یا کشورهای دیگر است.
فرانکلین روزولت در حال امضای حکم اعلان جنگ به ژاپن در خلال جنگ جهانی دوم.
