پرچم گویان برای اولین بار در ۱۹۶۶ به رسمیت شناخته شد.به عنوان پرچم ملی شناخته میشود و همچنین دارای تناسب ۳:۵ میباشد.این پرچم دارای سه رنگ قرمز و زرد و سبز می باشد.
