آلفونسو پورتیو (انگلیسی: Alfonso Portillo‎؛ زادهٔ ۲۴ سپتامبر ۱۹۵۱) سیاست‌مدار اهل گواتمالا است.[1][2][3] وی از ۱۴ ژانویه ۲۰۰۰ تا ۱۴ ژانویه ۲۰۰۴ رئیس‌جمهور گواتمالا بود.
