فلاونول

فلاونول‌ها(به انگلیسی: Flavonols) دسته‌ای از ترکیبات زردینه است که در آن ساختار ۳-هیدوروکسی فلاون به طور مشترک وجود داشته باشد. این ترکیبات در بسیاری از میوه‌ها و سبزیجات قابل یافتن است.
