هسته رافه (یونانی: ῥαφή "درز"[1]) یا هسته سجافی خوشهای از هستههای با اندازه متوسط هستند که در ساقه مغز قرار دارد. عملکرد اصلی این هسته آزادسازی ناقل شیمیایی سروتونین در مغز است..[2]
