مجموعه تمایزی ۶۹ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation ۶۹) یک پروتئین تراپوستهای از نوع لکتین نوع سی است که در انسان توسط ژن «CD69» کُدگذاری میشود.

این پروتئین، یکی از نخستین نشانگرهای فعال سازی است که بر روی سطح سلولهای خونساز اولیه، لنفوسیتهای تی و بسیاری دیگر از انواع سلولهای سیستم ایمنی بدن ظاهر میشود.[1] این مولکول همچنین در تمایز لنفوسیتهای تی و نگهداشتن آنان در درون احشاء لنفاوی نقش دارد.
