تناسین سی
تناسین سی (انگلیسی: Tenascin C) یک گلیکوپروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «TNC» کُد میشود.[4][5] این پروتئین در ماتریکس برونیاختهای بسیاری از بافتها در حین «تکامل»، «بیماری» یا «آسیب» و همچنین در برخی مناطق دارای قابلیت عصبزایی در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی، بیان میشود.[6][7] این پروتئین نخستین عضو از خانوادهٔ تناسینهاست. در رویان، این پروتئین در سلولهای مهاجرتکننده همچون ستیغ عصبی تولید میشود. همچنین در بافتهایی نظیر تاندونها، استخوان و غضروف به فراوانی یافت میشود.
پژوهشهایی در جریان است تا از تناسین سی بهعنوان یک نشانگر زیستی در برخی بیماریها نظیر میوکاردیت[8] و بعضی از سرطانها استفاده شود.
تناسین سی در تعدادی از سرطانها استئوسارکوما،[9] کوندروسارکوما،[10] سرطان مثانه[11] و گلیوبلاستوما[12] دخیل است.
