عضلهٔ راست پایینی قرنیه چشم را به طرف پایین و داخل می‌کشد (حول محور افقی داخلی – خارجی و محور عمودی و کره چشم را به طرف خارج می‌پیچاند (حول محور افقی جلو به عقب)
