انتخابات پارلمانی صربستان (انگلیسی: 2020 Serbian parliamentary election‎) در ۲۱ ژوئن ۲۰۲۰ برگزار شد. انتخابات مقدماتی پارلمان که قرار بود در ۲۶ آوریل ۲۰۲۰ برگزار شود به دلیل وضعیت اضطراری کووید ۱۹ و دنیاگیری کروناویروس بر پایه کشور و سرزمین تعلیق شد.

در بحث میان‌حزبی پارلمان اروپا که قبل از انتخابات جریان داشت، تغییرات اساسی‌در انتخابات مجلس قانونگذاری صورت گرفت. به همین منظور برخی از احزاب سیاسی و نمایندگان داخل مجلس و افراد با طرح اینکه هیچ فضایی برای برگزاری انتخابات آزاد و عادلانه وجود دارت انتخابات را تحریم کردند. این موضوع باعث افت شدید مشارکت در انتخابات به نسبت ۱۹۹۰. دراین رابطه حزب مترقی صربستان رهبری یک ائتلاف را به دست گرفت و موفق به جذب اکثریت اجتماع کنگره اروپا شدند.

سازمان امنیت و همکاری اروپا گزارش کرد بسیاری از توصیه‌های قبلی این سازمان ODIHR اجرا نشده و همزمان به نبودن آزادی در رسانه‌ها انتقاد کرد.
