اینتگرین آلفا ۴ (انگلیسی: Integrin alpha 4‎) نوعی پروتئین و همچنین زیرواحد آلفای اینتگرین است که نیمی از گیرندهٔ لنفوسیتی α4β1 را تشکیل می‌دهد.

زنجیرهٔ آلفا ۴ اینتگرین با «زنجیرهٔ بتا ۱» یا «زنجیرهٔ بتا ۷» از ارتباط است[1] و با گالکتین-۸[2] و پاکسیلین[3][4] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
