ماهیچه خیاطه

ماهیچه خیاطه یا سارتوریوس (Sartorius muscle) از عضلات ناحیه قدامی ران است و از خار خاصره قدامی فوقانی استخوان لگن(Anterior superior iliac spine یا ASIS) شروع شده به ابتدای استخوان درشت‌نی متصل می‌شود. این عضله درازترین عضله بدن است و نام آن از کار خیاط بر روی صندلی هنگام خیاطی برداشته شده است.

ماهیچه خیاطه ابتدا جلوی ران (ضلع خارجی مثلث رانی) و سپس داخل ران (سقف مجرای ادکتور) حرکت کرده و نهایتاً به قسمت فوقانی سطح داخلی تیبیا در ناحیه پنجه غاز (Pes Ancerinus) اتصال می‌یابد.

ناحیه پنجه غاز: در قسمت فوقانی سطح داخلی درشت‌نی سه عضله به صورت پنجه غاز از جلو به عقب اتصال دارد که عبارتند از: ۱- سارتریوس ۲– عضله نواری ۳– ماهیچه نیم وتری

عصب: از شاخه قدامی عصب فمورال می‌باشد.

عمل: فلکسیون زانو و هیپ و لترال روتاسیون ران و مدیال روتاسیون ساق، ابداکتور ضعیف مفصل ران.
