هم‌ساخت ۳ پروتئین کروموباکس (انگلیسی: Chromobox protein homolog 3‎) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CBX3» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[4][5]

این مولکول با پروتئین CBX1[6] و CBX5[6] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
