CD80

مجموعهٔ تمایزی ۸۰ (انگلیسی: Cluster of differentiation 80) که با نام‌های «CD80» و «B7-1» هم شناخته می‌شود، نام پروتئینی است که در سلول‌های دندریتیک، لنفوسیت‌های بی فعال‌شده، و مونوسیت‌ها وجود دارد و سیگنالِ لازم را، جهت فعال‌سازی و بقایِ لنفوسیت‌های تی، با همکاری این سلول‌ها مهیا می‌کند.

این مولکول پروتئینی یک لیگاند برای دو نوع پروتئین سطحی لنفوسیت‌های تی است: CD28 (جهت خودتنظیمی و ارتباطات داخل‌سلولی) و CTLA-4 (جهت تضعیف فعالیت و قطع ارتباطات سلولی).[1][2]

این پروتئین یک همکاری نزدیک و پایاپای با CD86 دارد.
