پروتئین شمارهٔ ۱ حاوی دومِـین‌های RUN و FYVE (انگلیسی: RUN and FYVE domain-containing protein 1‎) نام یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «RUFY1» کُد می‌شود.[4][5]
