SP-A1
سورفکتانت پروتئین A1 (انگلیسی: Surfactant protein A1) که با نام سورفکتانت پروتئین A1 مربوط به ریه هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SFTPA1» کُدگذاری میشود[4][5] که بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۱۰ جای دارد.
این پروتئین بیشتر در سلولهای نوع ۲ کیسههای هوایی در ریهها ساخته می شود و جزئی از سورفکتانت ریوی است. یکی از وظایف این مولکول، کاهش کشش سطحی در کیسههای هوایی، جهت جلوگیری از فروخوابیدگی ریهها در جریان بازدم است. تغییر در ترکیب سورفکتانت ریوی، عملکرد آنرا تغییر داده و موجب بیماری تنفسی میشود.[6][7][8][9]
این پروتئین همچنین در تعدیل دستگاه ایمنی ذاتی و فرایند التهاب نقش دارد.[10]
اهمیت بالینی
کاهش سطح این مولکول موجب بروز سندرم زجر تنفسی نوزادان در نوزادان زودرس میشود که پیش از موعد بهدنیا آمدهاند.[11]
تعییر در ژن «SFTPA1» موجب بروز فیبروز ریوی ایدیوپاتیک هم میگردد.[12]
تغییرات نسبت SP-A1 به SP-A در بیماریهای آسم، فیبروز سیستیک و همچنین با افزایش سن مشاهده شدهاست.[13][14]
متیلاسیون توالی پروموتر در این ژن در بافتهای سرطان ریه یافت شدهاست.[15][16]
