سنسور پیکسل-فعال

سنسور پیکسل-فعال (به انگلیسی: active-pixel sensor) نوعی سنسور تصویر است که در آن هر واحد سلولی شامل یک حسگر نور (Photodetector) مجزا و یک یا چند ترانزیستور فعال می‌باشد.[1][2] در سنسور پیکسل-فعال MOS، از ماسفت ها (ترانزیستور اثرِ میدانیِ نیمه‌رسانای اکسید-فلز) به عنوان تقویت کننده استفاده می‌شود.
