HDAC9
هیستون دِاَستیلاز ۹ (انگلیسی: Histone deacetylase 9) یک آنزیم از اعضای خانوادهٔ هیستون دِاَستیلازها است که در انسان توسط ژن «HDAC9» واقع بر کروموزوم ۷ کُدگذاری میشود.[4][5][6]
این پروتئین نقش بسیار مهمی در تنظیم رونویسی ژنها، پیشرفتِ چرخهٔ سلولی و وقایع تکاملی سلول دارد.
هیستون دِاَستیلاز ۹، با مولکول HDAC3[7][8] و SIN3A[7][9] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
