امانوئل ژوزف سِیِس (فرانسوی: Emmanuel Joseph Sieyès‎; ۳ مهٔ ۱۷۴۸ – ۲۰ ژوئن ۱۸۳۶ ) سیاستمدار، کشیش کاتولیک و نویسنده سیاسی اهل فرانسه بود.
