اتحاد ترقی‌خواهان

اتحاد ترقی‌خواهان (به انگلیسی: Progressive Alliance) (PA) یک بین‌الملل سیاسی از احزاب و سازمانهای سیاسی سوسیال دموکرات و مترقی است که در ۲۲ مه ۲۰۱۳ در لایپزیگ، آلمان تأسیس شد. این اتحاد به عنوان جایگزینی برای سوسیالیست اینترنشنال موجود شکل گرفت که بسیاری از احزاب عضو آن عضو سابق یا فعلی آن هستند. اتحاد ترقی‌خواهان ادعا می‌کند ۱۴۰ شرکت کننده از سراسر جهان دارند.

تاریخچه

اولین قدم برای ایجاد اتحاد پیشرو، تصمیم در ژانویه ۲۰۱۲ توسط سیگمار گابریل، رئیس وقت حزب سوسیال دموکرات آلمان (SPD)، برای لغو پرداخت حق عضویت سالانه ۱۰۰۰۰ پوند SPD به انترناسیونال سوسیالیست بود. گابریل نسبت به پذیرش و ادامه ورود جنبش‌های سیاسی غیر دموکراتیک به سازمان بین‌المللی سوسیالیست انتقاد کرده بود.[1][2]

کنفرانس اولیه اتحاد ترقی‌خواهان در ۱۴–۱۵ دسامبر ۲۰۱۲ در رم، ایتالیا با حضور نمایندگان ۴۲ حزب سیاسی برگزار شد.[3][4] آنها شامل پیر لوئیجی برسانی، رهبر حزب دموکرات ایتالیا، هارلم دزیر، رئیس حزب سوسیالیست فرانسه، هرمس بینر، رئیس حزب سوسیالیست آرژانتین، پیتر شوملین، فرماندار دموکرات ورمونت و مستفا بن جعفر، دبیرکل این حزب بودند. مجمع دموکراتیک کار و آزادی تونس.[5] همچنین نمایندگان کنگره ملی هند، حزب کارگران برزیل و جنبش سوسیالیستی پان‌هلنی یونان حضور داشتند.[6][7] حزب کارگر هلند نیز از تشکیل سازمان حمایت کرد،[8] همان‌طور که حزب سوسیالیست سوئیس،[9] و حزب سوسیال دموکرات اتریش حمایت کردند.[10]

در جریان شورای انترناسیونال سوسیالیست در کاسکایس، پرتغال، در ۴ و ۵ فوریه ۲۰۱۳، ۵۰ حزب سیاسی در حاشیه تشکیل اتحاد ترقی‌خواهان، از جمله جنبش تغییر دموکراتیک زیمبابوه، بحث کردند.[11]

بنیاد رسمی این سازمان در ۲۲ مه ۲۰۱۳ در ۱۵۰ سالگی تشکیل انجمن کارگران عمومی آلمان (ADAV)، سلف SPD در لایپزیگ، آلمان برگزار شد.[12][13][14][15][16] این سازمان هدف از تبدیل شدن به شبکه جهانی جنبش مترقی، دموکراتیک، سوسیال دمکراتیک، سوسیالیست و کارگر را اعلام کرد.[17][18] گزارش شد که نمایندگان تقریباً ۷۰ حزب سیاسی سوسیال دمکرات از سراسر جهان در این مراسم شرکت کردند.[19][20][21][22] اتحاد پیشرو سوسیالیست‌ها و دموکرات‌ها (S&D) در پارلمان اروپا از بدو تأسیس رسمی به این سازمان پیوست. بسیاری از احزاب عضو نیز به انترناسیونال سوسیالیست وابسته اند. در سپتامبر ۲۰۱۳، حزب دموکرات قبرس (DIKO) اعلام کرد که در حال مذاکره برای پیوستن به اتحاد پیشرو است و نمایندگان آن قرار است در ۲۴ اکتبر در یک سمینار بین‌المللی در استکهلم شرکت کنند.[23] در تاریخ ۴–۵ دسامبر ۲۰۱۴، کنفرانس اتحاد پیشرو برای احزاب عضو گروه S&D در لیسبون برگزار شد.[24] یک سمینار منطقه ای در ۲۵ سپتامبر ۲۰۱۵ در باتو فرینگحی، مالزی برگزار شد که میزبان نمایندگان حزب اقدام دموکراتیک مالزی، حزب دموکرات ژاپن و حزب مبارزه دموکراتیک اندونزی نیز بود.[25] در تاریخ ۲۵ آوریل ۲۰۱۶، این سازمان سمیناری را در سائو پائولو به میزبانی حزب کارگران برزیل برگزار کرد.[26]
