فهرست تنظیم‌کنندگان زبان
فرهنگستان‌ها یا آکادمی‌های زبان مجموعه‌هایی هستند که زبان معیار را تنظیم می‌کنند. کار فرهنگستان‌ها برپایه سره‌گرایی و تجویزگرایی زبانی است و عموماً فرهنگ لغت منتشر می‌نمایند. بسیاری از فرهنگستان‌های زبان، مؤسسات خصوصی هستند؛ گرچه برخی از آنها در کشورهای مختلف دولتی هستند. زبان‌های جهانی بسیاری یک یا چند فرهنگستان دارند.
