سانسور بر پایهٔ کشور مجموعه‌ای است از اطلاعاتی دربارهٔ سانسور، فیلتر اینترنتی، آزادی مطبوعات، آزادی بیان و حقوق بشر که بر پایهٔ کشورها تنظیم و در جدولی قابل مرتب‌سازی گردآوری شده‌است، و شامل پیوندهایی به مقالات مرتبط برای کسب اطلاعات بیشتر می‌شود. افزون بر کشورها، جدول اطلاعاتی از کشورهای سابق، کشورهای مورد مناقشه و زیربخش‌های سیاسی یک کشور و سازمان‌های منطقه‌ای نیز دارد.
