بی‌دینی

بی‌دینی، دین‌ناباوری به معنای دین نداشتن، بی‌علاقگی به دین، عدم پذیرش دین، یا ضدیت با دین است.[1] بی‌دینی به معنای بی‌خدایی نیست. برخی افراد وجود دارند که پیرو هیچگونه دینی نیستند اما به موجودی برتر، باور دارند (دادارباوری).

توضیح

زمانی که به عنوان نپذیرفتن باورهای دینی تعریف می‌شود، می‌تواند شامل بی‌خدایی آشکار، مخالفت با دین یا انسان‌گرایی سکولار باشد. زمانی که به عنوان ضدیت با دین مطرح می‌شود می‌تواند شامل روحانی ستیزی، خداستیزی و ضد دین می‌شود. زمانی که به عنوان بی علاقگی به دین مطرح می‌شود می‌تواند شامل خدانامهم‌دانی شود. زمانی که عدم باور به اعتقاد دینی عنوان می‌شود می‌تواند شامل دادارباوری، بی‌خدایی ضمنی، باور به عالم غیر مادی ولی نه مذهبی، ندانم‌گرایی، پندیزم (Pandeism)، خداناشناس‌دانی، ناخداباوری، همه‌خدایی، خدافراگیردانی، شک‌گرایی دینی و اندیشه آزاد می‌شود. بی‌دینی ممکن است گاهی شامل صورت‌هایی از خداباوری نیز شود، و این بستگی به مفهوم مذهبی‌ای دارد که بی‌دینی در مقابلش تعریف شده‌است. در سده هجدهم میلادی اروپا، دادارباوری به عنوان نماینده انواع مختلف بی‌دینی مطرح بود. در یک نظرسنجی در سال ۲۰۱۲ مشخص شد که ۳۶٪ جمعیت جهان بی‌دین است، و در ۷ ساله ۲۰۰۵ تا ۲۰۱۲ دینداری در جهان ۹٪ کاهش پیدا کرده‌است. در گزارشی از سال ۲۰۱۰ مشخص شد که بسیاری از کسانی که بی‌دین هستند بعضی باورهای مذهبی دارند و اغلب افراد بدون اعتقاد به دین در آسیا و اقیانوسیه زندگی می‌کنند. بی‌دینی به معنی بی خدایی نیست و منظور عدم تعلق به دینی خاص است.
